Objective: Creating awareness of Vodafone’s prepaid service, generating sales and creating loyal customers

Solution: conVISUAL developed the campaign in which Vodafone customers have a chance to win a wide range of prizes - from a car, a trip, a notebook to a 5 € free prepaid card.
Every time prepaid customers purchase a minimum of 15 €, they receive an SMS containing a unique 4 digits code. The code can be entered on the website, mobile site or via IVR dialogue. After entering the code, the users are immediately notified, if they have won the prize.
Users can also participate in the campaign by sending an SMS with the keyword “CALLYA” to 33339 to receive the unique code. conVISUAL helped building strategies, created a mobile site, SMS Gateway, IVR implementation and prize logistics.
