conVISUAL goes public on 13 January

conVISUAL confirms its stock exchange plans. The first company from the telecommunications and media industry to go public in 2006, conVISUAL, has planned its IPO for the 13 January. conVISUAL will be quoted at the Open Market of the stock exchange, in Frankfurt, according to the Entry Standard. The shares from a rights issue of old shareholders are offered to institutional investors from Germany and abroad, in the form of a private placement.
