Dr. Thomas Wolf, CEO
Dr. Thomas Wolf is CEO and Chairman of the Management Board. He is responsible for marketing, sales and business development. Thomas Wolf co-founded conVISUAL in October 2000. Prior to founding conVISUAL, he worked as Head of Product Marketing for a German system integrator. Additionally, he has a wealth of experience with large German network operators and service providers in several functions, focusing on mobile data, Internet and telematic markets. Prior to that, Thomas Wolf gathered more than four years of experience as a lecturer and consultant with several private academies and consulting companies. He received his university degree in 1991 and his PhD in managerial economics in 1995 at the University of Göttingen in Germany.

João Gonzaga, CTO
João Gonzaga is COO of conVISUAL US LLC, a 100% subsidiary of conVISUAL AG. He is also the CTO, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board and co-founder of conVISUAL AG. As COO of conVISUAL US LLC, he is responsible for the business development in North and South America. As CTO of conVISUAL AG, João Gonzaga is responsible for international business development, technical planning and software development, including R&D as well as strategic projects across the European, Asian, and American regions. Before founding conVISUAL AG, he served as a business solution manager and technical consultant at Ericsson Radio, Sweden, in the area of telecom management, with a focus on UMTS RFQs and concept. Prior to that, he worked with D2 Mannesmann (today Vodafone D2) in several functions focusing on mobile data (SMS, CSD and GPRS). João Gonzaga received his degree in telecommunications engineering in 1995 at the University of Dortmund, Germany.

Dirk Valbert, Director Finance & Controlling (Authorized Officer)
Dirk Valbert is responsible for finance, controlling, human resources and administration within conVISUAL. Before joining conVISUAL in 2000 he worked for THERON Business Consulting as a senior consultant in international telecommunication projects. Prior to that, he was employed at D2 Mannesmann (today Vodafone D2) where he was responsible for strategic planning and for building the investment controlling process. In 1998 he was promoted to Head of Investment Controlling and was responsible for the evaluation of key projects like GPRS and UMTS. Dirk Valbert completed his business management studies in Toronto, Canada, and Essen, Germany, in 1994.

Michaela Bonneck, Director Sales & Creative
As Director of Sales & Creative at conVISUAL, Michaela Bonneck is responsible for the growth and strategic development of conVISUAL's business fields. Before joining conVISUAL, Michaela Bonneck was responsible for the TV unit of legion Telekommunikation, a specialist for telecommunications and content services, where she headed conceptual design and realization of mobile and interactive products for large TV broadcasters. With over 13 years of professional experience in the media and telecommunications business, including about eight years at RTL Newmedia in Cologne, Michaela Bonneck brings her expertise from working in various leading capacities for television and new media projects. She received her degree in graphic design in 1994 at the FH Niederrhein.

Claus Darnstädt, Marketing Director
Claus Darnstädt is Marketing Director and co-founder of conVISUAL. In his position, Claus Darnstädt is responsible for international product development, product strategy, and marketing communication. Before co-founding conVISUAL, Claus served as a marketing and product manager for five years in the telecommunications and online industry. He has worked for notable companies such as Materna, Talkline and 1&1. Claus Darnstädt received his degree in economics in 1995 at the University of Hanover in Germany.

Michael Schäfer, Director Development
Michael Schäfer is responsible for application and platform development as well as system administration at conVISUAL. Before joining conVISUAL in September 2002, he held various IT and engineering division functions at E-Plus Mobilfunk, Germany. Among others, he was responsible for the E-Plus prepaid solution as project leader. As Director System Architecture he spearheaded the migration of business support systems into an EAI (Enterprise Application Integration) based solution. Michael Schäfer received his graduation in computer science at the Technical University of Clausthal in 1996.
